Terms of Service

Full legal text to be supplied. This page carries over our previous terms of service, updated for the RovrDS name (formerly RovrIQ), current pricing and our website forms. A reviewed version will replace it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by DS Digital Apps ("we", "us", "our"), including FleetPro and RovrDS (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, drivers, and any other individuals accessing the Services under an account.

2. Service description

DS Digital Apps provides business software applications. Our current Services include:

  • FleetPro — a fleet management platform providing digital prestart inspections, fuel tracking, fault management, logbook compliance, and financial reporting for businesses with commercial vehicles.
  • RovrDS (formerly RovrIQ, currently in beta testing) — an all-in-one business operations platform covering workforce management, project and job tracking, field operations, scheduling, financial management, payroll, and reporting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensure all users added to your account comply with these Terms

4. Subscription and billing

Our Services are offered on subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on the relevant product pages. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Current plans:

  • FleetPro Basic — free for 1 vehicle.
  • FleetPro Advanced — A$10 per month, plus A$4 per month for each additional vehicle and each additional user.
  • RovrDS Basic — first 3 seats free, then A$20 per seat per month. Optional add-on modules are priced per seat per month as shown on the RovrDS page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Billing is processed through Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Services
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent
  • Use the Services in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within our Services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You grant DS Digital Apps a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We will not sell your data or use it for any purpose other than operating and improving the Services.

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with DS Digital Apps, FleetPro, and RovrDS are the property of DS Digital Apps. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our software, branding, or content without prior written permission.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, high-availability Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages or downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DS Digital Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DS Digital Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
